If you're planning a church weekend, men's or women's gathering, youth camp, or family church event, this section gives you a simple picture of how things work at Hope Harbor.

How Your Stay Works

(step-by-step):

  1. You contact us with the dates you're interested in.
  2. We tell you which dates are open.
  3. We help you pick the building that fits your group size.
  4. You plan your schedule, teaching, and meals.
  5. When you arrive, we do a quick walkthrough together.
  6. You enjoy your time with your group.
  7. At the end, we do a short checkout walkthrough.

What To Expect When You Arrive

  • A staff member will meet you on site.
  • We'll show you your building and main areas.
  • We'll go over basic rules and safety items.
  • We'll answer questions and make sure you're settled.

Meal Options

  • Bring your own food and use the kitchen.
  • Or ask if our team is able to help with meals for your event (when available).

What To Bring

  • Snacks and group food
  • Portable speaker or instruments (if needed)
  • Water bottles
  • Sunscreen (for warmer months)
  • Any sports equipment you want to use

Basic Rules & Required Waivers

(overview):

  • General Waiver of Liability – one per car staying overnight
  • House rules and guest guidelines must be read and followed by the group leader and shared with the group
  • Pool waiver if your group is using the pool
  • Water slide waiver if your group is using the water slide
  • Pool safety guidelines must be followed at all times (no lifeguard on duty)
  • Quiet hours at night
  • Safety and cleaning expectations before check-out

Note: All required forms and waivers will be sent to you via email after your application is approved. Please complete them before your stay and upload them through the secure portal provided in your email.
